Hi folks!

I have just set up Highland Mama's after months of consideration! I started by planning a trek for next year, but talking to more mums, i realise we all need more socialising, less isolation! So i've began with a Facebook page & blog first.

Highland Mama's is a PANDAS support group i have set up to provide women & your families that are effected by pre & postnatal depression, a place to talk about your experiences, meet fellow PND sufferers & receive or offer advice.

I set up the Facebook page as i noticed the lack of support groups up here in the Highlands of Scotland, and since PANDAS have given me great support during my PND journey, i'd like to offer the same to women out there. Of course, ANYONE, can participate in conversation & visit this page, but meetings offline will be set up in the Scottish Highlands.
