The FT Weekend Oxford Literary Festival is one of the top book events in the country, with a wonderful programme for children and families. Michael Morpurgo, Malorie Blackman, Robert Muchamore, Lauren Child and Chris Riddell are just some of the award-winning children's authors taking part this year, and there are events to suit children from tots to teens! You can find the full programme and book tickets here but we have a family ticket (2 adults and 2 children) to the event of your choice to be won in this special competition.

Simply answer the following question in the thread below, as well as which event you'd like to see, to be in with a chance of winning:

By entering this competition, you agree to accept and be bound by these terms and conditions.
All entry instructions form part of the terms and conditions of this competition.
1.No purchase necessary to enter the competition.

  1. Competition open to all school and public librarians in the UK and closed to employees of the Promoter or anyone else connected with the promotions.
  2. Entries must be received by 17 March 2014.
  3. No cash alternative will be offered to prizes.
  4. Mumsnet Oxford will choose one winning entry. The decision of the judging team is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
  5. The prize for the winner consists of 2 adult and 2 children’s tickets to one event at the FT Weekend Oxford Literary Festival, 22/23 March or 29/30 March. Tickets are subject to availability.
  6. The winner will be notified of their prize by 19 March 2014.
  7. Entries to be made on the Mumsnet Oxford talk thread.

11. No responsibility will be taken for entries that are damaged, illegible, incomplete or otherwise fail to reach the Promoter by the closing date.
12. The Promoter reserves the right to display entries in promotional material and on the website.
13. The Promoter will only use entrants’ personal information in connection with this competition. All personal details will be destroyed once the winners are announced.
14. It is a condition of entry that all entrants agree to be bound by these rules and are asked to retain a copy of these rules for any future reference. The Promoter is the FT Weekend Oxford Literary Festival, Greyfriars Court, Paradise Square, Oxford OX1 1BE
