Complaints will no longer trigger Ofsted inspections

Ofsted has announced that complaints about childcare providers will no longer trigger automatic inspections, and they will only inspect when they 'deem it necessary'

It looks as if a lot of providers are happy about this, and the point is to save resources on inspections that might not be required.
