Hello Ladies,
Hubby and I are moving in April 2014 to the new Pineham Lock development.... I could really do with some advice on nurseries (my little girl is 28 months) and primary schools?! I am so nervous :-( and excited :-) at the same time to make new friends and finally own our own home after years of saving! Any advice you can give me would be hugely appreciated...
Thanks you!

Hi - probably a bit late here....I live on Riverstone Way (other sde of little park). Children from here generally go to either Rothersthorpe primary (very sweet and family orientated village school of only 90 pupils) or Upton (large and modern on the new estate...)... or Kislingbury/Milton Malsor (larger village primaries and a little further away). Good nurseries can be found in Kislingbury, Rothersthorpe (and feed into the primary schools). Alphabet at CampHill is great, although the area it is in can put you off...

I head up the PT for Rothersthorpe Primary....we are always running events and a lot of the school children have younger siblings who come along too...so great if you fancy looking at that option for later on.
also have things like gymbugs at NAAC gym (on the rothersthorpe trading estate) which are great for pre school friends etc...unit 17 and oncore are both great for baby ballet etc...

Welcome to Hunsbury Meadows!!
