Cheap accommodation in Haslemere

Just for a week as am on a course in town end of Sept. Will be arriving by train so has to be central. :-)

There are quite a few places to look at the pub literally opposite the station has rooms, it is more of a restaurant than pub, called inn on the hill. Also worth looking at white horse, think they have rooms too? Georgian house hotel is central but possibly more expensive but you might get a good deal if you look at some of the online booking sites. There are a few b&bs which I would imagine are very pleasant but as we live here we don't use!

Pear tree house is where nct friends family stay when they visit, good reports from them and no 1 on trip advisor too!
