Free Groups, Training and Activities for Carers of Disabled/Elderley

Hi! I work for Disability Advice Bradford and we currently have a full programme of training, trips, groups and activities for carers of disabled or elderly. I know you ladies are good at seeting the word of mouth things going. These are open to any carers, young or old, male or female and we have a wide variety from yoga to book clubs, day trips to Chester or the zoo, pampering sessions, arts and crafts etc. Not to mention training in financial inclusion or moving and handling.
