In case you're wondering who that weird person is walking barefoot around Swansea - it's me!!!
I'm doing this to support people with a genetic skin disorder that makes even the most simplest of tasks, like holding things and walking, extremely difficult. A friend of mine from Swansea has a husband and young son who suffer from this.
I'm aiming to walk 350 miles barefoot over 35 days. I'm maintaining a blog at https://www.facebook.com/Xtremebarefootchallenge in which I talk about my battle with blood blisters, my aim to rid the Swansea streets of small sharp stones and my love for kerbs (they are just sooooo smooth).
