The Coffee Run, a beginners running group starts tomorrow Mon16th April 9am outside the Royal Inn on the Park, Lauriston Rd.
Over the course of six weeks Personal Trainer Carole O?Leary will train you from beginner to completing a 5k run.
You will build up your aerobic capacity, tone your body with strength training exercises and increase flexibility through stretching exercises.
Each run will finish at a local coffee shop allowing you to sit down and have a chin wag (reflecting on your running glory) before heading home.
A great way to lose weight, tone up and meet new friends in your local area.
