Looking for temporary nanny or nannyshare or childminder

Hi,my nanny goes on maternity leave in November, hopefully returning end of February. I need help to look after my 2 girls (aged 5 and nearly-3) 2-3days a week for that 4-month period. The older one is at High Beeches school in Harpenden. I'd need someone from approx 7/7.30 to 17.30. I'm currently looking at Tuesdays and Thursdays + maybe one other day (I can be fairly flexible). Is anyone looking for a temporary job, or maybe some short-term experience to launch their nannying career? Are there any childminders who could do a High Beeches pick-up? Or is there a family with a nanny who could share in exchange for a financial contribution for 4-months? I don't necessarily need cover for school holidays. many thanks.
