As the topic states, moving to Stony in a couple of weeks, have heard it's a lovely place and I went the first time today to check it out, gorgeous little town.

I have a 3 yr old and 18 month old, with baby 3 due in Jan!

Whats on in stony stratford for mums with little ones?
Anyone steer me in the direction of the good preschools/primary schools?

Also, any groups for the little ones? I was hoping to join some groups and make some mummy friends when my 3 year old goes to preschool!

Im very sad to leave where I am as we have some lovely friends with children the same age, and hope to find that again here. If anyone's out there, let me know!! :)

There are some lovely community in Milton Keynes.
Try Newton Longville toddler group, in the village hall. It is not miles away from Stony and they are very welcoming and friendly.

The Pre School Learning Alliance will be able to send you up-to-date details on pre schools and groups in your area. I'm on the other side of MK I'm afraid so not sure what's available there.

I do know of some lovely groups to get you started if you fancy travelling though. Nowhere is very far away in MK :)

Bit late coming to this thread! You could try Songbirds on Thursday and Musical Monkeys on Friday, both popular.
