Thought it would be useful to have a thread recommending local services, so here it is!

I forgot to take my car in for its MOT this morning , didn't realise until the guy from the garage phoned. Anyway, far from charging me for wasting his time, he sent a driver round to get the car, and had it back on my driveway within 2 hours, free of charge! (the pick-up, not the MOT, obvs.

Anyway, I would recommend French Cars on Battlefield anyday. Phone no is 01743 462228.

Also, the Castle Country Club at Rowton is cheap ad gyms go and has loads going on for kids including holiday club-type stuff and dance lessons.
