Just wanted to pop in and say hello, I am the new Tsarina for the West Lothian area. As West Lothian is a new board I thought I'd post here to let you know as any one in WL is likely to be linked to Edinburgh already.

Hope I'm not stepping on the Edinburgh Tsarina's toes.
