Going rate for sitters?

Hi
I'm very new to Cheltenham, and tomorrow night I have a sitter for a few hours. I have three kids 6, 8 and 10 and would love to know the going rate so that I don't make a complete fool of myself when it comes to paying her (either too much or too little). I'd like to pay enough that she would be keen to sit again in the future - presuming all goes well. I know that she has child care certification so imagine that this will make a difference.

we've been paying our young neighbour £4.00 per hour, which i believe is cheap... i believe the going rate is £5.00.
