Harborne - handyman or builder to replace a back yard fence with 2 gates

We are looking for someone (either a builder or a handyman who does small cement work etc) to replace a fence with two gates in a small (victoria terrace style house) back yard.
It would involve the person visiting the property to give a written quote, visiting B&Q warehouse (probably the halesowen one?) to locate a (as exact as possible) replacement and removing old fence and installing new fence (which I think might involve some small concrete work to put in concrete posts to which the fence is attachced although the existing posts might be ok to remain) the wood is rotting and the fence is not secure so needs replacing. It is about 6 foot high but the yard is quite small.
Anyone had a handyman or builder in harborne who does this type of thing and is good, reliable and honest? thanks
