International schools in Paris for english speaking children

Hi!
I was hoping to get advice on where to put my two kids, Grade 3 and Grade 5 currently.
My husband is going to be working at IEA, 15th arrondissement , and we would like to live in vicinity as well.
Kids are currently going to American school i UAE, but we would consider other options, if school is good. They also speak basic French and are already bilingual, so learning another language would not be a problem, I guess.
I would love to hear form parents, what are their experiences ....

In Paris intra-muros the best Anglophone school is International School of Paris.

Isn't ISP the only Anglophone school actually in Paris? Oh I suppose there is Eurecole and the new "British" school.

Mine went to ASP and it worked really well for them. We also liked Marymount and ISP. You need to visit and get a feel for which school will suit your children best.

There is EIB Victor Hugo (15th) and Kingsworth (16th). Neither are desirable.

There is a whole host of newish Anglophone and bilingual schools in Paris and the nearby suburbs but most are proprietary schools that follow their own idiosyncratic curricula and are not accredited or inspected. You should not under any circumstances enrol your child in a school that is not either French sous contrat (accredited, inspected and subsidized by the French state) or accredited by a reputable international agency. The danger of your child becoming effectively a prisoner of such a school, unable to transfer elsewhere, is very real.

Beware in particular the EIB group of schools and the Hattemer schools that were acquired by NACE, à Spanish group owned by Providence private equity. The shareholders are truly clueless and believe their own hype. This is sad, because some of the EIB schools (in particular EIB Monceau), were reliable schools in the past. The market for good bilingual schools in Paris is huge but the opportunity is being missed by truly incompetent shareholders and management. Teachers at EIB recently came out on strike in protest at ever worsening conditions for both themselves and their pupils but nothing is being done to address very real concerns about pupil safety and learning.
