A petition has been started to allow UK citizens living long-term in the EU (who may not be able to apply for citizenship elsewhere because, eg, they have to move around for work) to vote in the upcoming referendum. This issue affects us hugely - more so than those of you resident in the UK - and as citizens we should be entitled to have a say. People who have lived abroad for more than 15 years are disenfranchised; that doesn't usually trouble me when it's on domestic issues, but this is different. The petition has 10,000 signatures already; at 100,000 it has to be debated in parliament. Perhaps you could consider signing. Thanks.
