Hi, If anyone lives in the Algarve I'd love to hear from you. We have stayed in Vale do Lobo lots of times and love it. We're now looking to buy a property out there but have noticed there is better value to be found in parts of Quinta Do Lago. The problem is all our sports activities are in VDL so it'd be more a drive than a walk to get there, but on the other hand, we'd get a much larger place for similar money.
I don't know which would be more rentable for when we aren't there and would love to hear of general pros and cons of the two resorts.
Also is it normal to get a structural/ building type survey when buying out there?
