Giving a PE lesson in English to foreign kids. Help! Suggestions!

I've also posted this in Education, but need all the help I can get, so I'm here too!! We live abroad and my children are at a local state school where they are trying to encourage English language learning. I've been asked to come in and give a PE lesson in English (the idea to make it active and fun, rather than just listen to me reading out loud ….). I have 2 problems. I am not a teacher; and it's been a very very long time since I attended a PE lesson myself. I'm fit-ish, but don't play team sports. Apart from being English, I am about as unsuitable for this as is possible. Any idea? Please? The kids are all aged 10/11 years. Thank you all …..

google might be useful (no haven't tried) but see if there are resources out there, to find games which include language as part of instructions.

Such as the Fruit Game where you take the name of 4 fruits : orange, pear, apple, banana, each child is allocated a fruit, sit in circle, call the name of the fruit, jump up, run around clockwise, last person sitting back is out of the game. You can call 2 fruits, 3 fruits, all fruits.

Simon says is another good one for learning verbs.

Right next ideas I'll leave for others to post.

Maybe there's a particularly good book of these games you can buy.
