My friend is dying

Tbh she has been dying ever since I met her. We only actually met because she had cancer. Met through another friend who died a couple of years back, so I have only ever known her with cancer.
She has just been told that it has spread and she only has weeks to live. They are trying a treatment which has 50/50 chance of pro longing her life a bit.
Understandably she only wants her family and close friends around at the minute, but like the selfless person she is, is giving regular update on social media.
What can I say or do for her? Bearing in mind that the world and his wife will also be reading what I write?

Just be there for her if she needs you. Tell her that you're happy to have met her and to have her as a friend.

Tell her how strong and brave she is, and how much she means to everyone. And as 387 says, be there for her.
