Can anyone share their experiences of caring for someone with this?

I'm feeling helpless and completely out my depth.

Thank you.

Has your relative or yourself been newly diagnoses with this ? have you got a clinical Nurse specialist whom you can talk to?

Hi OP, I don't know if you're still here, but I have some experience of MSA, my FIL was diagnosed around 18 months ago.

I can try to answer any questions you have, and in the meantime, offer a handhold to you flowers

Sadly my beautiful mum passed away yesterday morning. It's been a very tough 6 months. She was actually diagnosed as having Progressive Supranuclear Palsy (PSP). Very similar to MSA.
