Hi im sorry about your mum.Sadly we ve had similar problems in our family .Mum has cancer and Dad does too and my poor sis just loiving nearby never knows what is going on.Tbh my dsis has not made an effort to see df and dm however when df was told Dads chemo was no longer working my df went mad at me for discussing it with her,She told our other dsis and she rang to say we understand you are dying,
surely telling some dcs and not others isnt a good idea? now we ve all been told by df the truth. I dont know what you can do but offer support to your dm and make it clear you are there to hhelp her through this.
Family life isnt easy and cancer throws in another dimension,Good luck flowers
