Can somebody suggest what is the best way to find a private nurse to help caring for 88 year old lady? She is in a residential care home near Windsor, and we need somebody who goes there daily for a few hours (2 or 3?), takes the company burden out of her husband who also lives there, helps her and motivates her to move around, eat, etc.
I found the website //www.care.com but I don't know how reliable this is, esp since we live overseas and we would not see this person very much.
