We just recently installed custodio (parental internet controls) on our sons devices and it also send you a report of what they are looking at online. Our son is 13, is well underway with puberty and it is big for his age. Over the past few months he's been shaving off his body hair (legs and arms and presumably also pubes and armpit hair) as well as growing his hair. Its his body and I'm happy for him to do this, but I've seen that he has been looking at the traaans sub reddit and I'm worried about him being influenced to make big/ permanent changes that might be detrimental to him in the future. How can I help him feel like its OK to experiment without labeling e.t.c... Any other advice on what to do? We generally have a good relationship.
NC for this by the way.

I don't really have any advice but didn't want your post to go uncommented on.

You could look on Transgender Trend and there are a wide variety of support groups from all different angels. One is called the Bayswater group, I think. If you look in other posts you may find out how to get in touch.

Lots of men shave their body hair etc but the fact he is looking on the group does suggest he is thinking about gender rather than just hair removal.

Get support for yourself, be open and loving and listening (as I am sure you are). We have a trans person in our family. We tried denying it, fighting against it, accepting it etc etc. It's not easy. At the end of the day I think the best we as parents can do is love them unconditionally, voice our concerns appropriately, support where we can and watch and wait to see what the future holds.
