I need one that does 100%ltv mortgages for first time buyers.
Can anyone help?
I have no idea but would also be interested in finding a mortgage lender
There was an item about this on Money Box on R4 recently - I think they suggested using a broker - try some of these
First National Mortgage company. They are on the web too.
Northern Rock maybe?
when you go to a broker - do you have to pay - how much is it ..ish?
Not necessarily, custy, according to this lot - they get a fee from the lender I think so you don't always have to pay one as well. You do with some but the percentage will vary, you'd have to ask individually.
