I always card tart and move every jan/feb to a new card so I can get 0% on balance transfers.
Apparently this is going to become a thing of the past as there's some new file sharing coming out that will allow companies to see if you do this.
So should I apply now for a new card (which only has 10 months 0%) even though mine doesnt run out til Feb

He is usually correct about all such things - I would follow his advice.

It may get to feb and there is nothing and you will kick yourself for not getting 10 months in November.
