If you've both a will and a trust, each with a different statement of wishes after you die, which one takes precedence? Does the trust become part of your estate or does it remain separate from your estate? Thanks!

impossible to answer without seeing them. Do they relate to different assets ?

Does the will leave your estate to the trust ?
