No - I think we're paying about £55 p/m and we have one of the most basic TV packages. Did you sign up fairly recently?

£45 for V+, XL tv, phone with eve/weekend calls and b/b.

It's the large one, not the medium.

we spend about that much - have big broadband package though, only free tv and no extras on phone.

So that breaks down for us into phone line rental and broadband.

I just feel I'm paying too much, might phone them up and haggle for a discount

sounds ok, we are with them as well and have XL for everything, must cost us more like 60 a month!!

TheArmadillo Sun 14-Sep-08 22:17:33

do you actually watch all the channels you pay for?

We worked out we only watched cbeebies adn watch again so we downgraded to the free tv package that cut about £20 a month off our bill.

Ours is mostly broadband though - we have high speed as 3 people using connection and is used for playing online games (wow and lotr) as well as downloading, streaming etc. We are still considering whether we can afford higher speed though.

4mb broadband & talk unlimited for £20

ok looking at virgin website if we were new customer we'd save an extra £10 a month even when special offer had run out

hmm

we signed up when it was telewest.

I wonder how much we'll pay when we move and set up new account.
