I don't knowhmm Which isn't much help really is it? I suppose if the pc is used by several people who all use the same email address, then there's not a lot you can do about it

Sounds very dubious to me. If you send an email, surely you have no control over what happens. A bit like if you send a hard copy of something in the post. Is there a reason why it was confidential?

Disclaimers usually say that the opinions in the email are not necessarily the official ones of the organistion. I think.

Complain to Fundraising Standards Board

Or get the press involved. They love a good bit of charity bashing. Which can be occasionally useful.
