Oops, came here from Google and didn't realise this was an ancient pre- Covid threac. Sorry.

Interesting thread. Are you all in the UK? I was wondering if these online opportunities would ve available to me in France.

toastytea Wed 04-Sep-19 08:24:07

Thanks @wolfff. I really like prolific. I applied for crisp aaaages ago. Past the test first time and heard nothing! Not having much luck with appen.

Choconuts Wed 04-Sep-19 07:11:16

.

Wolfff Tue 03-Sep-19 16:09:52

Ohh one more thing, you get paid after 21 working days - about a month after doing them in effect.

Wolfff Tue 03-Sep-19 16:08:52

Intellizoom pays per survey some are $2 and some are $5. If you agree to be filmed on your iPhone interacting with a survey it’s more - did an $8 one yesterday. You don’t have to do those though.

They pay into Paypal. Last month I got £4.01 for a $5.00. Now it’s £3.98 hmm

Surveys are quick and about things like booking tickets or online banking. There tend to be loads over a couple of days then none for a while. They email you when they want you to do a survey and most do not screen you out.

toastytea Tue 03-Sep-19 16:01:54

How much does intellizoom pay?

lannister Tue 03-Sep-19 15:55:56

@Frenchdoors1 have been waiting since mid Maysad

toastytea Tue 03-Sep-19 15:41:59

@wolfff it will email you if you didn't! Kicking myself as I'm not getting many tasks.

Wolfff Tue 03-Sep-19 15:22:45

It didn’t even tell me I had passed but I assumed I did!

toastytea Tue 03-Sep-19 14:14:54

Ignore that. I've just realised a spelling error I made.

toastytea Tue 03-Sep-19 14:13:15

Anyone tried the quiz for sankuru? I failed it twice and I'm confused. Can only think I wasn't meant to punctuate or something? Frustrating.

SNISR Tue 03-Sep-19 13:47:19

I don't think so @FloofenHoofen

FloofenHoofen Tue 03-Sep-19 13:24:13

Has someone done a September thread yet?

Apothekerry Tue 03-Sep-19 13:05:26

£90 from Angelfish, $10 Appen for Nyasa, £6 Streetbees, £4.50 Qmee.

Waiting for acceptance on various Appen projects I've applied for. Need to retake Crisp test, failed by 1 point on the last attempt.

Wolfff Tue 03-Sep-19 09:55:38

Yes, I worked each day last month apart from 3 when the site was down. I tend to do it on my journey to work in the morning or first thing to get it out of the way.

Mamaslave18 Tue 03-Sep-19 09:16:11

I’ve finally been paid by Appen for Fletcher! $69 of the $75 promised, so not bad.
Now that I’m on Truckee Oops I’m getting the full hour everyday so I’m earning a decent amount now. The only downside is that as I hate the project there’s been a couple of days when I’ve just not bothered.

Wolfff Mon 02-Sep-19 21:54:53

Yes it is that one! Strange probably another Appen glitch - oh well wasted 5 minutes of my time!

SNISR Mon 02-Sep-19 21:49:28

@Wolfff what's the name of the project? I saw a new project called sankura which I applied but didn't need to do any tests.

Wolfff Mon 02-Sep-19 20:54:01

Has anyone been paid for work on Appen global via Appen Connect? They seemed to have added something to my invoice after I submitted it !

Wolfff Mon 02-Sep-19 20:50:32

Just noticed there is a new transcription project on Appen Connect if anyone is interested. You have to do a test straight away (some very short sentences in UK English - straightforward if you can spell) not sure if that makes the project easier to get on to!

Frenchdoors1 Mon 02-Sep-19 16:42:26

@lannister
How long have you been waiting for appen? smile

justtheonethen Sun 01-Sep-19 22:55:20

@anxiouswaiting mine is a terrible sleeper too. Isn't it the pits? I feel like I'm owed a good sleeper next time grin.

lannister Sun 01-Sep-19 21:17:42

Made £675 in August from a mixture of matched betting, intellizoom, prolific, ebay & oh my dosh. Still no sign of Appen or Crisp but very happy compared to July. @Otterses, can't wait for September thread.
