Really random question ....

I ordered a day out voucher from a well known company - my mum whoi no longer talk to called this company up to check when I had ordered this and they gave her this information.

Surely she is not the account holder or person that ordered it so she should not of been told this information?

The company is saying that they have no record of the conversation and as she had the voucher number (unknown to me) they are allowed to give her that info.

It is not really a big deal but she has done this before by opening a months worth of post and I just dont think it is fair.
