We got our DIP on 15 Feb. The complete application was submitted week of 27th Mar. Kensington took the valuation fee on 3 Mar. Week beginning 6 Mar we provided all answers to their queries. But now its gone quiet.

If anyone (either broker or customer) has experience of this type of timeline and when to expect an offer. I am assuming that they will conduct the valuation without necessarily informing anyone first and proceed with a decision.

I'd say there doing the underwriting process and part of that will be waiting for the valuation to be done by a surveyor, written up and submitted to them. So the wait may be dexpend on how busy the surveyor is, and how much work in in the pipeline back at the office. A quick call to enquire about the status would put you in the picture.
