Vulnerable clients and Concentrix

In May I got the dreaded letter from concentrix saying they had evidence I was living with someone else.
I am not. It's a long complex story but I sent everything they asked for including my ex's tenancy agreement and all bills in my name etc.

I have a very significant disability also. I get high rate PIP and ESA so they know this

They stopped my tax credits because they didn't believe me because ex still has all his accounts registered here. He is an abusive bastard who uses this to control.

Today after waiting 6 weeks for a reconsideration I got my tax credits reinstated. No apology. Just after a review blah blah blah.
I've lost 2 stone and now weigh 6 stone flat because I couldn't afford to eat. I've cancelled carers and gone to food banks. It's made me really quite ill. I've missed hospital appointments and not taken my children to school on one occasion because I couldn't afford to. My phone bills to concentrix are in excess of £150 now.

Every other DWP department including the tax credits office have a specialised vulnerable clients adviser.

It's over for me. Until next year, I suppose.

I don't know why I'm posting. I have no energy to complain or even know who to complain to. I'm worried about people who struggle even more than me to jump through their hoops. It's been an absolute nightmare.

To see the letter statingI had done nothing wrong was a relief but it's made me so angry. My children have suffered and I have too. For what? Nothing. They don't care.
