I want to make a claim on my MBNA credit card. Their questionnaire for this asks questions that I can't answer like what conversation was had about taking the cover at the time. I haven't a clue as it was years ago! also I don't know when I first took my card out. Does anyone have any suggestions? Thanks.

ONLY documents count for PPI claims unless they can produce recordings to the contrary - the onus is on them not you
