Hi guys just need a bit of advice have sent of forms for my dd 5 weeks ago have had 1 letter saying they have received form and should hear within 8 weeks I've heard from so many people that it can take months and they write to paediatrician doctors a nurse filled in part of the form. Any ideas on if they write again and current waiting times and how the process works :-)

Why don't you phone them and ask for an update? This is what I will do if I haven't heard back about my dd within the 8 weeks.
