Divorce Court Order - Wrong date.

I have been to court to get financial remedy, settled at court.
Order of Ancillary Relief was drawn up.
On it were lots of points/issues/things that my ex and myself had to do.
One of the points (the most important one as it concerns my home) is dated incorrectly ... it's dated with last years date, not this year (date is before the court appearance...so it's definitely a typo)
What do I do?
I don't want to pay more money to lawyers to sort out their mess (no one has noticed this, not the barristers/judge/court clerk/ myself and ex) until now

Write to the court pointing out the error and ask them to amend the order under the slip rule.

Thanks Collaborate.

The date being wrong works in my favour because I need to raise a mortgage before a deadline (which I can't do because I changed jobs and had to wait to provide 3 months payslips)
I need to try and get a 4 - 6 extension on the deadline, but of course my ex is saying no (he wants me to have to sell the house - even if he has to wait longer to get his name off the mortgage, to spite me).

Then the appropriate thing for you to do is apply to the court promptly for more time. Don't just do nothing as that will count against you.

Thanks Collaborate, do you know what the process is? Do I have to apply to see the Judge again (he wasn't very nice!) ?
The deadline is tomorrow Sad
