Weed smoking

So i posted a few days back about my shared garden and i am to assume the new tenant has been informed the garden is shared with me.

Today the tenant is in there with about 4 other people smoking endless amounts of weed, all of which is stinking out my house.
Any suggestions on how to address this matter? Im not being picky. Its literally like its being smoked inside my house.

This has escalated now. All this person does is come to the flat on the weekend with her mates and smoke weed. Shouted out the window yesterday for them to stop cos its stinking out the whole place again and she turned around and said i should go down and ask her to her face instead of talking via the window as i was being childish. Bare in mind this is coming from someone who sent her mother to me to tell me its thier garden (when its shared) then continued after i went into my flat and shouted MY GARDEN DUN KNOW from the garden for me to hear and is also using her new flat as a doss house to smoke weed but yet im childish cos i dont want to go into the garden and face a bunch of sh*ts smoking weed.
Anyhow she hasnt stopped. Today she was at it again with a few pals and i even witnessed one of her pals come out and meet someone for about 10 seconds outside the house, shake hands and leave it what I assume was a drug deal. So now my house is always stinking of weed of a weekend (which my daughter keeps complaining about cos her bedroom faces the garden) and now drug dealers are being brought to my home! Ive contacted the police who have yet to respond and my housing association is also yet to respond.
Can someone let me know if anything can be done about this as i have a feeling the police and the housing dont give a flying flip and just an fyi we live in two separate flats that used to be one house on a very quiet street. Im up and shes downstairs. Also i can literally never go in the garden when shes there as i dont want my children around any kind of drugsSad

I’m so sorry I can’t offer any real help, but didn’t want to read and run. This is disgusting and I would be absolutely shaking with fury. Your child could be a baby, would they still risk exposing your hold to second hand fumes from weed?!?! Your daughter doesn’t deserve this and I really feel for you both, I would take pp’s advice and ring 101, then the police and HA and any other authority you can think of. I hope it’s sorted for you soon.

Thanks blablaa.

My two year old son is also here but luckily he sleeps in our room at the front of the house and if we close the bedroom door the smell doesnt go in there. But yes she knows i have a small child as well and she doesnt give a flip ad she apparently had a 2 year old also who is never there. Probably cos she doesnt want him around the weed! I am going to hound the housing untill something is done and wait a few more days to see if the police make contact with me. Thanks for your supporting words. I just have no idea how to make them stop

I'd call 101 every single time she's smoking weed until they get fed up and do something about it.

When they’re out there smoking or dealing record them on your phone. Every time.

Yeah i had the plan of recording them yesterday but instead of coming outside she stood in the doorway and was smoking it with her pals and i cant really see anything. Im just going to get any evidence i can and keep making complaints and hopefully someone takes it seriously and investigates. Thanks Thanks

Noone is doing anything about this situation. The police dont care the housin association dont care and i literally told the person downstairs that the smoke is goong straight into my kids bedroom and she doesnt care

Ill have to give up my flat soon as this is something that will never change or anything will be done about so i wont be living here anymore. My kids are worth more than having the stench of drugs in their home and drug dealers coming to the front of the house

Make a formal complaint to your housing association in writing, saying you are unhappy there has not been a positive response in dealing with this matter. Follow their complaints policy rigidly with the appropriate timescales. It really is the only way to force them to take action. If the issue is unresolved you can complain to the housing ombudsman. They will have to respond. Just keep moving it forward following the process.
