Any help/advice would be appreciated - Have an upcoming hearing in family court. My little one is 8 months old and last saw his dad when he was 4 weeks old. His dad is taking me to court for access and parental responsibility. (Not on birth certificate)
His dad is abusive physically and verbally and suffers with mental health and self harms. He has put his son at risk on more than one occasion - police are aware of this.
He also has a 7 year old daughter from a previous relationship who he does see but child is currently needing counselling for wanting to harm themselves.
My question is - what sort of access do you think he would get?
