My husband had to go to court to get overnight contact with his children after he left his ex, as she wouldn't allow it. During court proceedings both parties were ordered to attend a SPIP. My husband's recollection is that, during the SPIP, the facilitator said that only 3% of separations/divorces end up with the parties in court over child arrangements. Is that accurate? I have tried searching online, but I can't immediately find anything...
