Ex bitch wont get out of my life

Background A women cheated on me for 5 months , left me for another man , i found out she was pregnant and she swore to me it wasnt mine .... 2 years later the bad boy she left me for had been knockin her about and she decided she wanted me to raise the girl now ..... In the meantime i had made my own life with two children and a wife and a loving home I told her on your bike its too late i dont want anything to do with you , youve made the mess now you sort it out She claimed csa against me for 5 years up to now She has asked me to do another dna test so she can take the other guys name of the birth certificate and i said only if you sign a contract to say you will never take me for csa anymore and you will rid me from your life and never contact me again What i want to know is .... will this contract be legally binding ? Please help Ex ruining my life causing unwanted stress
