Hi, was wondering if anyone could offer any advice on what happens when CAFCASS have to refer the case back to court after a Child Arrangements Order has been breached? A monitoring order was included with the final order for CAFCASS to be able to return it to court if the order was broken. It's been broken twice now and they have referred it back to court. What happens now? What will court do to get contact back on track in the face of massive resistance from the resident parent, who has broken every interim order issued and now the final order? Any experience or advice really appreciated. Thanks.
