I think dd's mum is sexually abusing her.

I can't go into details, but I think my ex is sexually abusing my daughter. I've no proof, but if I listed the scenarios I've witnessed it'd be clear there's something very wrong going on. At the very least completely inappropriate boundaries. I should make clear I'm talking about dd's mother here, she's the RP and she's systematically tried to remove me from my dd's life. So now we're going to court via mediation. My solicitor advised me to contact the authorities / SS. A friend who's a criminal lawyer spent last night talking with me and pointed out any 'anonymous' tip off would clearly be me, and given XPs unpredictability could back fire, especially as we're entering a legal phase. It obviously would look like I'm inventing it given the timing. He suggested concentrate on re-establishing reasonable contact ( I saw dd a total of 4 hours in Jan ) . The feeling he and my Solicitor had was that my XP has made my contact with dd so difficult and brief was to reduce any chance for any heart to hearts with dd which I no longer have as there no longer any time to bond and relax with each other. Would really appreciate opinion, especially on what would happen if I contacted SS. As I said I've no proof what so ever other than what I've seen and heard.
