Help finding magistrate records

A problematic relative who we will be in legal dealings with soon (financial not criminal) was recently found guilty of harassment (again) at a magistrates court in Bracknell. We found out about this by reading the sentence in the newspaper. Is there any way to find out who she harassed this time? I do not understand how to get access to any of the court details.

Unless you were the convicted person or party to the case such as victim or witness you cannot acess the case records.
You would need to write to the magistrates court in question with as much detail as possible about the convicted person, including the reason why you need the information and pay a fee.

Poshdivine, do I need to have a "good" reason? I am just interested to find out who the other party is. She has been convicted of harassing me before, would that help?

You do need a "good"reason but as you have been a victim of this convicted person it might help.
All you can do is try. Good luck

Why do you want to know, sorry but trying to find out who it was might also be harassment, leave the poor person alone.
