At what point does a perpetrator see a victims video statement?

When a victim makes a video statement to the police, at what point does the perpetrator see that?

Is it after they've been interviewed, or after they have been charged?

Does their solicitor get a copy of it? Does the perp get a copy of it?

Thanks

Once charged the CPS have to give the defence solicitor a copy of all evidence, including the video statement.

They won't see it pre charge.

The perpetrator doesn't get a copy per se, but of course they could view it with their legal team.

If it gets to a full court hearing they will definitely see the video when it's played in court.
