I have received two very inaccurate and inadequate responses from two bodies out of a four I have complained to, using SEAPS.
This afternoon a ridiculous response came from my GP surgery which was signed off by NHS England after one of their senior directors allegedly signed it off. There were several clinical errors in it including items such as referring to me being under the care of a "pain team" when I was not at that point referred. We are talking 14 months out of date here.
I spoke to the man who was over seeing this complaint which is very complex and he said to me that if I wasn't happy then just to contact the ombudsman! They didn't even want to invest the time to correct themselves.
Given that my notes will show all of their short comings I am perplexed as to why they would say this?
I'm very traumatised by my entire pregnancy and the aftermath which has left me with significant nerve damage in the area where I had a nephrostomy.
I am wondering if anyone else has used the ombudsman as a line of enquiry before, and if they have, did they find it a streamlined and fair process?
Sorry for the long post. Any and all answers are really gratefully appreciated.

Has anybody used the NHS ombudsman following a complaint to the NHS which was not adequate?
