Employment law specialists in the SE?

Is there anyone out there who could possible help? I have a sibling in urgent need of a solicitor who specialises in employment law, and despite leaving umpteen messages and popping in to various offices, s/he has yet to be called back by any of the solicitors whose receptionists have promised that this will happen.

I know it's great that people have lots of work and are busy, but this is quite a time sensitive issue for various reasons (and a very complex one also) and my sibling is getting quite stressed out at not being able to get an appointment to go and speak to someone. Can anyone recommend either a solicitor in particular to approach, or how to ensure a response to a message?

Sib is well-presented and polite, has explained that it's time sensitive because of statutory reporting deadlines, and has the money to cover what is potentially going to be a costly number of hours, so it's not the legal aid issue putting people off - I think it's just that, obviously, people are busy and don't always bother to return calls: but any help or guidance would be gratefully received?

Thanks, baby - perhaps they're all just super busy with no time for new clients, then! Good idea about trying employment - thank you!
