Breach of Undertaking to Court

Does anyone know how you go about reporting a breach of an Undertaking? It was a Non Molestation application but he agreed to an Undertaking and an Order. He has breached both on numerous occasions. Can I just write to the Court? It is nothing too serious but still breaches so I want to the Court to be aware as the final hearing is coming up in two weeks time and CAFCASS are involved and their report is due Monday.

Any help would be really appreciated.

Are you representing yourself? If you have a hearing coming up the breaches should certainly be detailed in your position statement which you will file before the hearing, along with how they have affected you and/or your children. If you are representing yourself I would also bring them up at the hearing - do not trust that the magistrate or judge will deal with them otherwise.

I'm speaking as someone with experience of representing myself for a non-mol - not a legal professional btw. Good luck.
