Shared carpark issues

We currently share a car park with a few other houses, it's a large car park and everyone has 2 allocated spaces.
We have had a few people act selfishly and park in spaces other than their own, but the real problem is disrespectful neighbors.

We own the house, but 'rent' the car parking space as part of our managment company fee (new build estate). So we pay almost £100 extra a year to park.
Other people who don't even pay towards the maintainace of the car park, I.e the 'rent', think it's acceptable to bring kids out to play in the car park.
That's everything from rugby and football to ride on cars, Scooters and bikes. Honestly this is stressing me out to the point where I am actually having breakdowns over the lack of respect shown by our "neighbors". I have worked horribly hard to get to where I am and to own a house and car, so to have the experience of just living tainted by this it's really awful.

Some parents are worse than the kids, I've always asked nicely for them to move on and either use their own car park (YES THEY HAVE THEIR OWN BUT USE OURS) or play on the public grassed areas. Some parents start to laugh as if it's hilarious, some just get angry and some send their kids back to shout, I honestly don't know what to do, I thought I lived in a nice-ish area and wouldn't have to deal with people being disrespectful.

On impulse I bought a sign, it reads "Private Parking
No playing in Parking Area
No bikes ball games
No Scooters or Skating"

I was wondering if anyone knows if I am allowed to put this sign up in the parking area?

This may seem like nothing to alot of people but it is seriously upsetting me and I am struggling to deal with it now, I just want to live without fear someone is going to hurl a ball through my windscreen, which they have hit before

Can you speak to the management company and get them to put a sign up?

Only the owners of the car park (the people you rent it from) can either give permission for the sign or force you to take it down.

However it is meaningless as only the owners can make such a rule or enforce it, and they're never going to try and do that, are they?
