Legal Aid question

My flatmate is applying for LA, and needs to supply evidence of bills. Most of the joint expenses go through my account. I should be able to find copies of things like the Council Tax and Electric bill, but I really doubt either of us will be able to find a copy of the contract with the rent listed.

If I photocopy my bank account statementwith the Standing Order highlighted, and my flatmate includes our LL's contact details, do you think this would suffice?

If so, could we use the statement as proof of all the other bills as well (with a covering note saying that FM is responsible for half) or should I find the actual bills?
