Hi everyone

I have a very complex family matter case.
I am looking for a family law solicitor who has very high success rates and incredible good at dealing with VERY complex cases and multi layered court cases.
The situation here involves a civil court application, an existing contact order and an application for an enforcement of a contact order.
As well as an application to leave the UK jurisdiction and an application for a NMO and/or restraint order.
An emotionally abusive ex, a young child and a breach of privacy.

Can anyone please urgently recommend a top of the class solicitor?
Ideally in London zone 1 or South West & West London zones 2 and 3.
Thank you!

Try Family Law in Partnership, they are all pretty classy.

Try emailing this lady at Penningtons I was at school with her many years ago and she was always going to be top notch. I'll be amazed if she can't recommend someone who can help.

Thank you very much, MrsBertBibby and listsandbudgets. I will take a look at both suggestions.
If there are any more I would be very grateful. Even if you are a solicitor and want to recommend yourself to me, that's fine! We can discuss how things went for similar cases you've had and take it from there.

It's not really ok for us to discuss clients' cases!

To be honest, I'd expect most experienced family lawyers to be able to manage that set of proceedings.

Sorry, I didn't mean full disclosure of other cases. Just to understand if you have dealt with similar cases.
I have been looking at the flip website association and I really love a few of them - so thank you.

The civil court case is not TOLATA - it's injuction against invasion of privacy.

I used Withers in my divorce and they were good and could handle anything.

I agree with BB.

Any experienced family lawyer (ie 10 years PQE) will be more than capable of dealing with your case.

I've retired now but often found that the fancy-pants super expensive firms were really no better than a decent, average firm; the principles of the law are the same whether you're using Bloggs & Co or Penningtons.

The barrister you use needs to be very experienced as well. You could always PM BabyBarrister who is at the top of her game btw when it comes to the point of instructing counsel.

That was grammatically confusing! I mean, when it comes to the point of instructing counsel, you could contact BB who is at the top of her game!

...or even instruct her - she is very good!
