judgment by default - dates

i submitted a claim on MCOL, on 3rd November, it was issued on the 4th

acknowledgment of service was made on 14th november, issued on the 15th

on what date can I request default judgment, if there is no further response?

As an acknowledgment of service has been filed, the Defendant has 28 days from the date of service of the court papers upon them to file a defence. Depending on when the date of service is, it's going to be somewhere around the 6th December.

Ok, it says here for Money Claim Online:

"The claim form will be deemed to be served on the fifth day after the claim was issued irrespective of whether that day is a business day or not."

So date of issue is 4th November, date of service is 9th November, then 28 days later is 7th December.
